Problem with receiving 4 digit code

I’m trying to get the 4 digit code for my iPad upgrade yesterday they left with it and said they would be  back today but I still have no code

The 4-digit PIN is usually sent by text message to your mobile number on the day of delivery. If you have the DPD app, you can also check for the PIN by logging in with your registered email address and delivery postcode.

If the driver said they’d return today and you still haven’t received the code, it’s worth checking your messages and the DPD app for updates. If nothing shows, I’d recommend getting in touch with our team so they can look into the delivery for you and help get it sorted.
