@Aya1989 If it has been more than 3 working days since your order, the best thing to do would be to call our team on 150 from an EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone. They can check the order has been processed and order a replacement SIM for you.   

You can also pick up a SIM from an EE store with photo-ID. You can find your nearest store using our store finder EE Store Finder | How to find your nearest EE store | EE

Hi @Aya1989,

Did you receive a confirmation e-mail after placing your order? SIM orders are sent Royal Mail first class and generally should be delivered within 3 working days of dispatch.

Yes they sent an email to me confirming 

But no order came
