Placed order on the 25th September - No response or tracking info by the 30th September so called helpline.
Seems that it is not possible to order the package i requested even though the system let me.
Went through it with member of staff, signed all the credit forms only for the system to crash.
Was told that they would call me back. Still no call to date.

No, checked this and nothing.
I have already contacted a guide and as i said on previous message i have not received return call.
