Just got my PS5 Slim today with no £125 game card as well.
They put 4x £50 vouchers in the box which is for the 24 months of PSN Extra.
But no £125 gamecard.
Called customer service and they're all "I dunno? is it not in the box? Dunno mate".
There are other people on the forum before us who have been chasing their gamecards for months.

I am sorry to hear you have not received your Game Card voucher.
After you've made your purchase, we aim to send all codes via text as soon as possible. However, it may take up to two working days for the voucher to be received.
If you don't receive this text within two working days, please give us a call and our customer care team can raise a webform.
