Hello again,
Another week has gone and I'm still waiting. I called the shop and they were unable to give me any update. The phone was supposedly dispatched almost 3 weeks ago - please could you investigate... or at least check what the wait time is expected for this model. The lack of information is really frustrating - especially considering that I already payed for it, might miss cashback promotion if I do not get it in time and initially was told it will take only few days.

Hi, I have upgraded last week to Samsung Z FLIP3 5G 256GB (Black).
It is supposed to be delivered to the Store, order tracking is showing that the phone was dispatched on 21st December... so it should already be ready for pick up - but so far I have not received any confirmation from the store.
Could you check what is happening with my order?

Have you tried getting in touch with the store to see if your order is there?
You should be notified when they receive it.
