Subject: Urgent: Order Status Update Required or Refund Request

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to draw your attention to my recent phone order. I have not yet received any update regarding its status.

If you are unable to deliver the phone within the promised timeframe, I kindly request that you refrain from accepting orders that you cannot fulfil. My payment has already been processed, and it is concerning that there has been no communication regarding the delivery.

This situation is unfair and disappointing. I request that you either dispatch my phone as soon as possible or process a full refund of the amount paid without further delay.

It means, you will give me next year or you will not give. 

@khalidsaifullah   The device is usually dispatched within 7 days.  On the the order webpage.  I’ve posted an image of this.      

No one here knows who you are this is a public forum not customer support.     The 2nd reply to your post even states there’s no account access from here,  no one here can look at your account to even know what you’ve ordered.  What people on here can do is actually look at the order webpage and read what information is there.   See below

As you ordered this on the 21 and today is the 23 it’s not an even close to 7 days that it’s usually dispatched within as stated within the above image.
