Why can't I find out more about the order?

got a phone today, but when I try to check the tracking it won't let me, it shows in red, why?

I've moved your posts over to their own separate thread so they have a dedicated place that's relevant to you.
Occasionally orders may not fully go through as we need to take some additional detail before this is fulfilled on your account; I'd recommend checking your email, including spam and junk, to see if this is something we've reached out about.
If this is all looking good, I'd recommend giving our customer care team a call, follow the options towards Billing, then when connected with a Guide ask to speak with Websales.
They're a dedicated team for all queries linked with online orders, and should be able to search via your XK order number, regardless of this is working online.
