So I ordered on the 14th. Got told yesterday the order was stuck in the system which was why I haven't received the phone yet as EE Store have +50 available to buy for cash. I was told they would rush the order through and I would receive it today. Still today it says your pre-order is confirmed so I call again only to get told it will come "within 14 days". So basically the advisor has made me go to the back of the queue or something again. Or maybe EE don't want a £65 a month contract? I am now calling to cancel and I will order through Three. Useless network everything I ever do goes wrong with EE. They lost me the free Pixel Watch 2 as well. Great customer loyalty there.

Mistakes do happen, sometimes things go wrong. It's a pity customer service seems to be failing in this instance as well, I hope it gets sorted though.
Didn't you need to order before the 12th to get the preorder bonus of the watch though?

Mines costing £80 a month and there's no date in sight for when the phones gonna come for. I ordered on the 6th of October btw.

Trouble is there looks to be multitudes of these 'mistakes' judging by all the posts about wait times.
IF EE just held their hand up and said "Sorry we well underestimated the order numbers" or whatever the Real reason is, I doubt that many here would moan all that much.
There are Way Too many fob-offs, changing stories or plain Not being told Anything.
That is what Has to change.
