I NEED to speak to someone at EE......how do I actually get to speak to a person

a placed a order on friday it got cancelled a want to know when a will get my 30 back in my bank cause use have took it and still waiting

I'm sorry to hear that your order has been unsuccessful. You should get your money refunded within 7-10 days.

Hi I did the same I ordered a iPhone 16 with a contract plan the money was taken out of my bank by EE and I had a message the next morning saying it’s been cancelled I’m just wondering if I’ll have to money back as I can then try and do it another way so I can revive the phone I need as it’s important

Any payments taken for a cancelled order will be refunded back to the original payment method within 3-10 working days. If you do plan on re-ordering with EE, I would recommend giving us a call so that one of our guides can check why the original order has been cancelled before placing a new one.
