EE says they can do a 3 year finance deal but when you click on it it won’t let you? Any one understand how to actually do it

It will only permit 24 months. Not the 36 months as advertised

When recreating the deal you've chosen here, I get the same options at either 12 or 24 months. This specific option may only be available over these timeframes.
