I have the same problem, My DPD tracking shows an attempted delivery, but I never received a PIN code via SMS or email. I cannot access the parcel via DPD chat as it says “item not found”. Please confirm what contact details were passed to DPD and resend the PIN

Welcome to the Community, @Olenka.
In order to check the number linked to the delivery for your one time PIN, you would need to give our customer care team a call.
They'll also be able to provide you with the tracking number for the DPD portal.
Just one thing to be aware of too - provided we have the correct contact details for your PIN, if you've not received it for any reason, the driver is usually able to re-send this at the point of delivery.
