RM Special Delivery envelope but not being accepted due to lack of qr code

So I recently had to send my phone back to EE and I have been sent a prepaid Special Delivery by 1pm envelope as I was told I would be. However I never got anything such as a qr code for the post office to scan and when I took it they said there's nothing that they can do. So what am I supposed to do if it is already prepaid but the PO can't to accept it as it is. Not one email or message contains anything beyond explaining what will happen once ai got the envelope and what they would do upon arrival.

Hi @Bricky20

If it's pre-paid, it should have something that is scannable through the Post Office. Is there anything that came with it, stickers etc?

What is the reason for sending it back to us?

Chris

It had all the labels for the RM drivers to scan and the delivery address etc. There was no other stickers or labels inside the packaging. When I got to the PO they said I needed a qr code for them to scan but when I checked the mailing bag again there was nothing there or in the envelope they sent the bag in and I checked my emails etc and there's nothing. I've never had this problem before when I sent a Samsung back which wasn't performing as it should have been.

I am sending it back because I didn't realise the sheer amount amount of extra costs on top of the extra costs I already had to pay at the time so I'm just going to save my money and pay for it outright next year instead.

Hi @Bricky20,

I'm sorry to hear your returns bag doesn't have the required QR code.

Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can arrange a replacement.
