Ps5 error order

Hello

I was ordering a ps5, they took a upfront payment from my bank account and then says an error occurred and the process didn't go through. When I refresh the page request me to pay again.

If you've received no order email then speak to EE CS on 150 to ensure the order isn't placed so you can order again.
