On the 3rd of August I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 13 pro max and it said usual dispatch time is 1 day. Now it has been 5 days and I’m starting to get worried because I haven’t gotten any emails or texts about the delivery and I’m concerned that it might not even come. Please can someone help. Thanks

Yes I’ve been trying and every time it just says sorry we can’t show your order details right now
