I’m currently waiting for my new order and it’s not letting me track

If tracking isn't working you will need to speak to EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@jode3  Do you have a tracking number?    A XKO/XKN is an order number not a tracking number.  You’ll get a tracking number once a device has been allocated to you.
