No order delivery date

I ordered a new phone on the 28th November and I’ve still not had any dispatch email or anything from ee or dpd. 
the order number that has been sent doesn’t work when I try to track my item.

What phone, colour and storage size did you order.

You will get notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

If it is an Apple phone, please be aware, that there are delays in delivering them and that orders are sent out on a first come first serve, the latter is for all orders.

I have recieved something from ee which says “your order is on its way” & estimated delivery is 5/12/2022. I ordered a iPhone 14 pro , in gold.

@Lowey356 , that is an estimated delivery, so keep a look out, you should then soon here from DPD.
