I've placed an order online on the 9th of November for an iPhone 14 PM Silver. Everything ok but I kept getting phone calls from sales letting me know that if I change the colour of my device to space black I will get it in 7 days which is at least 7 days earlier compared to the silver one (14+ days). Of course I agreed but I didn't know this means canceling my original order and placing a new one.
Now over 7 days have past since I changed colours and still no sign of the phone nor a clarification from customer service, not even as estimate date for delivery.
I'm really frustrated as heard good things about EE so looked forward to switching but as it seems it started quite badly.
Can anyone help with this?
is there a way to raise a complaint with the particular salesperson who straight lied to me just to for him to get an extra order under his name?

@StefanDobra What storage size ? As both the 128Gb versions ( silver/space black ) have a “Expect despatch within 28 days”.
just to add 28 days after the 9th of November is the 7th of December so you would of got your first order around the 7th. You’ll not get the device before anyone else who ordered before you.

The thing is my wife ordered after me and she already got it same version 128GB.

Any news on stock as it’s been over 21 days since my order and i was told it’s going to be 7 days till delivery?

We will clear stock on a first come first served basis, clearing the orders from oldest to newest. DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered.
