Pro max 17 order on Wednesday 19:11:2025
no confirmation took upfront payment straight away. Ive called customer service been told just try to order again see what happens. Im so annoyed as i was moving from o2 heard great things about this company but cant find my order took my money no talk about a refund nothing
didn’t even get sent a message or email to day thanks for your customer order

I’m sorry to hear you’ve experienced issues with your order. Have you had a chance to check your Spam or Junk folder to make sure no confirmation email is there?
When an upfront payment is taken, this usually shows as pending. If an order isn’t completed, the amount should return to your account within 10 days.
If nothing is showing and the order still can’t be found, I’d recommend reaching back out to our team so they can confirm the status and next steps.
