Pre ordered s23 ultra

Just had a chat to someone about the buds offer with the s23 ultra that there doing now and everyone who pre ordered it won't be getting this offer. 

This should be offered to everyone who has th s23 ultra and not just those who are ordering them from the 17th onward.

Yes, that's right, the Galaxy Buds2 offer is for customers who took the offer out on or after release day.

By Release day do you mean the 17th or the release day of the phone as I got mine on the 16th of this month.

The offer is valid for orders made from the 17th February till 16th March. 

Unfortunately, pre orders are not eligible for this offer.
