Hi
I pre ordered Samsung S23 ULTRA ON 2ND OF FEB.
Ee SENT ME TEXT SAYING THAT MY PHONE BE DELIVERED EARLIER THEN EXPECTED I got this message on 10th of Feb.
I tried to track my order on ee app and it could not find it. Called ee last Monday operator wasn't really good help. Good news for ee now I started getting billed for something that I don't have 🤣
By the way Samsung s23 ultra available on ee website. Can someone please help!!!

I would suggest getting back in touch with our mobile care team on 150 from an EE phone or 0800 079 8586 and the team will get the order looked into for you.
