Hi. I have upgraded my contract and pre ordered a s23 ultra. I've gone from a roighly 160gb plan to unlimited. I have paid an upfront cost for the handset but I've not been sent any sort of confirmation email message or text or an order number. How can I get these please. I understand I'll get a tracking number around the 16th Feb before they post out, was just wandering if there's any way to check my order has defo gone through. Pleaae advise. Thanks 🙂

Have you checked your junk/spam folders for an email?
If you still don't have one, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team to check your order was successful.
