Placed an order for iPhone 17 PM on 25th September but did not receive an order number or confirmation email?

There is no way for me to track? I know there is a delay but would still be great to have some form of confirmation that an iphone will eventually come.

Tried calling EE but hold time is 45 min

Our customer care team who have account access are in the best position to chase your confirmation.
