I’ve just orderd a phone and they took the payment but I’ve not had a email confirmation and my app crashed on the last page of completing the order but it must have gone through because they took payment

It's a good sign that the payment went through, it means that the order is likely to have too. Have you checked your spam/junk folder for the email?

I’ve now had a email say in my credit score was good and they continue with the order but I’ve had no information about the order
