Did your phone arrive?, I ordered same phone on the 9th and no updates since.

EE usually provide better service.

Hi @anjasola 

Have you tried downloading the DPD app to see if they have any deliveries scheduled, using the email address and postcode?

I'm putting the delay down to Christmas rush / poor weather conditions..... don't want to download DPD app as EE and DPD usually advise
