Phone upgrade to store

Hi

i am ordering a phone upgrade for my daughter who is a student and living away from home. Can I order it to be delivered to her local EE shop please? And will she be able to pick it up even though I am the bill payer?

Welcome to the Community!

The account holder would need to be present to collect a phone, but if you would like to set your daughter up as the account holder then you are able to do so, and still have the payments come out of your account.

I am the account holder for three separate phones and plans (for both my children) and would want to keep this (so I can gift data etc). Is that possible?

This isn't something we would be able to offer, unless you were able to pick up the phone from store in person @SaraH132.
