Hi,
I placed an order on Saturday the 15th of April and received my email containing the order confirmation number (xkoxxxxxxxxx) ,
I haven’t received anything since this so I called 150 earlier today and was told someone had closed my order on Sunday and this would’ve been a mistake, When speaking with the employee today he said I will receive confirmation of my delivery order and he will send the phone out for next day delivery also stated he will call me back in 10 minutes, I needed the call at 12:40 under the Impression I will receive a call in 10 minutes and have received no email, call or text,
Can someone please confirm my order for me please?
