Order and delivery

I had orders this phone 5th of July and now it is 8th it should have been next day delivery I have check the order tracking and i tells to wait and check my email and sms for updates but I got nothing also it is telling me to call to discuss some stuff but I can’t call so what do I do?

It looks like EE need to clarify so information you have supplied. 

Your order will not be processed until you have called as EE have requested.
