As you've not received a follow-up email confirming your has been processed you'll need to give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order completed successfully. 

If the order couldn't be processed, the team can discuss the reasons why, and what additional information we need to manually complete it for you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Im yet to call the customer care. Im in a remote location.  There's a network problem. I prefer using the mail for immediate response.

If you have access to WIFI you can use WIFI calling to get in touch with us.

You can also use your My EE app to contact a guide, just go to the 'Help' section in your app.
