Phone not dispatched

I ordered a pink iphone 16 plus on Saturday June 20th. It hasn’t even been dispatched yet. I called EE and they told me I’d hear something by the 29th- I haven’t had any updates and it’s still waiting dispatch. What is going on?

If order tracking is not providing the information you need then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

You'll receive a text from DPD when they are intending to deliver.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Have you checked EE order tracking: https://ee.co.uk/orders

I would also recommend downloading the DPD app becase you'll need a pin for delivery.

If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Hi, I have access to the order tracker and it says it’s still not even awaiting dispatch. I have just downloaded and set up the DPD app
