I ordered the Samsung A14 on Monday the 18th, the website said the phone was in stock and is usually dispatched within one day. I received a conformation email saying I would get a text message once it had been dispatched but 4 days later I've still not had a message. I understand things may take a little longer than expected but I would appreciate some communication if there is a delay and not being left wondering what is happening, especially since the money has been taken from my account.

It's a pay as you go phone I ordered and the tracking page doesn't have an option for that, only pay monthly, broadband, and electronic and accessories . I tried them on the off chance but none of them worked. I'll phone customer service.
