Phone delivery

I ordered a new iphone 16 yesterday at 4pm was adviced it would be delivered today (Monday).

As of now I have no DPD tracking and im assuming its not coming today but was curious how long I should be waiting for DPD tracking as still not recieved it. I also paid £9 delivery is this normal?

Have you downloaded and registered on the DPD app.

DPD app shows nothing. I have no tracking information at all. I have called several times and been told its not with DPD yet but considering it was suppose to come today that seems a little worrying

What was the make / model / colour and memory size of the device you ordered?

Hi there the phone in question is an Iphone 16 Black 128gb.

Im just a bit concerned as it was placed yesterday and still havent heard anything from DPD is there a time when normally deliveries go out?

Looking at the order history for iPhone 16 (5G) 128GB Black, stock guidance while placing the order yesterday was - "Available to order (Expect despatch within 14 days"

Which means we are waiting to receive stock from the manufacturer so we can ship this out as soon as possible. 

You can still track your order on our Track Your Order page. 

As @northener has suggested, I'd recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.

Ah okay so stock is limited so may take longer confusing I was told and paid for delivery for Monday for this to happen tho

Yes, it looks like stock is limited from manufacturer at the moment, though hopefully it wont be long. 

The delivery charge is fixed for all deliveries, except if you have specifically paid for a weekend delivery, which is an additional charge. 
Sorry for any confusion.
