Phone collection in store

My phone is in store and ready to collect but as luck would have it i have lost my driving license in last 2 days and dont have a passport.

Now i do have a pic of my driving license from when i sent it off for other reasons do you think they would take this?

If not any other suggestions on what i may need to take to collect my phone from store.

Hello @kavehill1989 

If you have a Picture of it they may or not accept it. As they will likely ask to see the Physical Photo ID.   

Nothing much you can do however may try 150 to get the item delivered instead.

Similar situation here.  Did they accept your picture of your driving licence at the store?
