Pending transaction

Hi, I have tried to purchase a pay as you go sim. I have vodafone and want to change the provider to EE. I made the purchase online but didn't got any confirmation mail and my transactions' status is pending. Why is this happening?

You're doing the right thing by calling the team directly to see what's happening with your order.

If your payment is pending with the bank, this means it may not have been successful, so there is a chance the order hasn't gone through.

It is great to hear you are looking to join EE.

Did you get a confirmation that the order went through on the screen when you placed the order online?

When you say the transaction status is pending, is that with your bank?

When did you try to place the order?

Hi, 

I tried to place the order on Sunday. There wasn't any confirmation on screen, neither an email confirming the transaction. I got charged  though but my bank states that this transaction's status is pending. Anyway I went to an EE shop and they advised me to call support service and ask for refund.
