hello.

I made a £30 online purchase with EE pay monthly and EE told me to contact them and then said I needed to put £100 on my monzo card.

I thought it was just for verification, so I did, and £100 was taken off, and I even checked on the monzo app and it says another £100 will be taken off next month...

I clearly ordered a £30 SIM and the most expensive SIM was £36 in the first place, so why is there a £100 subscription going out every month?!!
