PS5 - Delivery

Hi ,

 

I ordered a PS5 disk addition through add to plan last Friday .

 

I then received an email with an xko number and my £20 upfront fee was taken .

 

it advised delivery within 14 days but I’m surprised I haven’t had any follow on emails etc since last Friday .

 

is this normal ? 
first ordering an accessory through Add to plan so not sure what the next steps are .

Hi @FormattedGnu.

 

This is normal as you should receive a notification when your order is ready to be delivered.

 

If you've had a confirmation email then your order has gone through successfully.

Ah ok that’s fine .

Is it possible for it to come before the 14 days ?

Hi , I've just been advised by a sales team agent over the phone that ps5 are not in stock and when I questioned the agent about the upfront payment was advised it would be refunded back automatically and I'd need to reorder next week with another upfront payment even though on my last bill it is showing as a credit and taken off the bill to reduce it. I appreciate at the end of this week would be my 14 working days up as my order was 28th July , bit baffled if ps5 are out of stock why was my order taken in the first place and left in limbo and why are they still showing in stock online , I was advised by the agent on the phone that he has no idea when they would be in stock could be days could be months , I mean like that is really poor service keeping customers hanging on in hope , really disappointed

Turns out my ps5 after being ordered on the 29th was delivered to the EE
store I chose on the 1st August .

I was only notified of this when I called EE to chase my order .
I had no delivery notification/ shipping notification .

I have it now so alls good but bit of a let down !

Hi mate , at least you got it , I ordered 28th july and now being told they are out of stock apparently whilst they are showing in stock on their website, madness

Odd how I ordered a day after you and got mine?

That said not impressed they held it for 10 days and didn't make contact . I only found out yesterday !

If you ordered to a store give them a call maybe they do have it
