Contract Upgrade - No confirmation sent

I ordered an upgrade for my phone yesterday via the EE app to be delivered to an EE store but have had no confirmation via email or text. I have checked junk folder and nothing anywhere, how can I find out when my order will be in store and how can I collect this if I have no confirmation email/text to show?

Welcome to the community,

You should receive notification the day before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window from DPD.

That is normal, but not sure when being delivered to an EE store. I would have thought once they receive it, you should be notified.

What phone, storage size and colour did you order?
