PAYG Sim card deliver

I have ordered two PAYG sim cards on the 21st Sep. Unable to track it, following text on your site.

How do I find out where they are please? I need them as soon as possible please. No text has been received.

At this time, we can only provide tracking for orders that include a pay monthly device. 

If you've ordered a pay as you go phone or device, or an EE SIM, your order should arrive within 48 hours. Keep an eye out for text or email updates from us.

There's no tracking on PAYG SIMs. They are sent by 2nd Class post.
