Oreder over the phone

Morning. 

I dealt with a fab guy for EE yesterday, who sorted a great deal over the phone. He gave me an account number and said to download the app. I asked if I needed anything else.

I have paid the upfront cost, not had a single email so I don't have an order number. How can I track my order?
