new customer here. i placed an order on Tuesday afternoon, got confirmation email saying it's being processed. now it's Saturday and still no update on it. only way to contact ee is to call them and wait over 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone... can i cancel my order online? if this is the experience i get before even joining, then don't really want to find out what ee is like for existing customers

@atesz69 , no you cannot cancel online, you need to ring them. What device did you order, colour and storage size?
