I made an order on Monday and I've only had were processing email, I've been on chat who told me to ring, I did after being on the phone for 20 mins it had been put down, I've now tried to go onto tracking and it's saying it's timed out? I was also told to write in here
Any idea? I'm clueless as to what's going on

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with tracking your order, what was it that you ordered and how was it you ordered it? And the e-mail you have received was confirming the order has been placed?
Is it the pay monthly mobile order tracker here you are having an issue with My EE - Order Form ?

Hello thank you for replying it's appreciated I've spoke to someone on the phone, all sorted now thank you, they needed a few more details from me it's arriving Monday 🥰

i got same issue, order tracking just says its timed out and on phone with customer service now, spoke with one person and shes transferring me to another team now 😕
