Ordered upgrade last week but no update or phone received

I ordered an upgrade to iPhone 13 pro last week but haven’t received any updates from EE regarding the order status, nevermind the phone itself! I was led to beleive my new phone would be despatched within 24hrs! What is happening @EE?!

I ordered this 6 days ago now and one one off payment fee of £50 was taken immediately. I’ve been so concerned.´ that I thought I’d been scammed. It’s really poor not to communicate with and update loyal customers EE.

We update our order tracker as soon as deliveries arrive, so you can see the latest information we have.

You will receive a text from DPD, by 8pm the day before your delivery, to confirm that it's on its way.
