@Lou130 , if you have received an email saying you need to call them, then I would suggest you do so, otherwise your will not be processed.
I rang customer service on Monday lunchtime and the wait was around 15 minutes. If you do not get an answer after around 30 minutes, hang up, try again a little later, as the phone lines are very busy with other customers, you will eventually get through to someone.
