Ordered on 17th May still no delivery. Iphone 13 pro gold 512

Hi, does anyone here know how long usually it takes to get your phone delivered? First time I joined with EE got it on next day (iPhone 11)... Now I'm upgrading to iPhone 13 pro and even tho it said they "had in stock" I'm still waiting since then. Now they saying dispatched usually in 1 business day. I know there's bottleneck with supply chains across the globe, but even Apple themselves promising me a delivery within 2-5 business days if I went straight to them and buy it. Other network providers such as O2 also promising me a delivery within 1 day. 

Is there any delays or something? got no emails from ee or dpd carrier about the delivery?

How long usually you wait for yours from EE only ? and are you new or existing customer? I'm seriously considering switching and paying a bit extra for a new contract with other provider ( I would still win in the end, cause monthly payments would be cheaper for the same data and phone I would be getting lol)

Okay, it got sorted out. For anyone wondering what happened, my payment didn’t went through the “first time” (they took the upfront cost) and refunded back to me after couple days. So basically I had to re order my order today.

Glad that I came to forums otherwise I would be still waiting for my phone thinking that everything I did was alright, but apparently, it was mistake on my end. Even tho when I placed my order they took the cash, but I didn't checked my bank statements after that. Today when I was speaking on the phone with one of your colleagues he said that I didn't paid lol... While on the phone with him, i open my bank account to see my statements and I realised the upfront cost that I paid got refunded... I was like ehmmm... Okay.. so I managed to place a new order on the phone with him and everything went through okay this time 🙂
