I am just immigrating to the UK. My house uses EE broadband, and everything is smooth. However, when I try to order an EE sim card online. I have the following problems.
1. Cannot select unemployment. I have tried to choose others. However, the form requested me to provide the date.
2. I moved to this apartment in May 2022. I have no idea why I cannot put the correct month and year.

If you are ordering a contract SIM you will need to pass a credit check when you have no UK credit history.

@XRaySpeX is spot on here. You need to pass a credit check, which may be difficult if you've just recently moved to the UK. It may be worth calling our Sales team or popping into an EE store so they can run through some options with you.

So how long have I lived in the UK, then EE consider I am living in the UK and considers my credit record?

You probably need to build up a good credit history over at least 3 months.
