Hi EE. I've ordered a new contract a few days ago, I saw that most deliveries should take two days, it's been over that but I've received no communication and I'm a bit worried it hasn't gone through and when I'm supposed to expect it please
It was a black Samsung galaxy s22 ultra.

@Emmchu have you received any confirmation of your order ? Have you checked your spam folder ? You might need to call customer services to double check the order went through.

Yeah I got the confirmation email when I ordered it but nothing since. I wasn't sure if it was normal to just hear nothing when they suggest they would deliver within 2 days
Do you know if they text on the day to say they are delivering or if there is a bit more warning?

DPD will send you a text the day before with tracking details.
Have you downloaded the DPD app and used the email address registered with us and the postcode, to see if they have any deliveries scheduled?
