Ordered iPhone 16 22nd October and still no tracking 😔

Did you receive a confirmation email for the order? 

Have you upgraded? If so, has your plan changed?

Yes, I have got a confirmation email but nothing from EE or DPD to say that it has been dispatched. 

upgrade isn’t showing on my account either. 

never had this issue before and I’m worried.

I understand this can be worrying and I would suggest giving us a call on 150 and one of our guides can look into the account and make sure everything is on track 🙂
