I got a notification from the DPD app that the driver couldn’t find my address and that the order was on its way back to EE. How do I rearrange the redelivery?

Thanks for coming here.
Once the Watch has been returned and processed this will be removed from your My EE account, and you can order another watch online, over the phone or in the store.

The order seems to have disappeared from the tracking section. But it looks like the plan has started being counted on my account and the upgrade option has also disappeared.
