Hi I recently ordered iPhone 16 pro max. The upfront payment was taken however I have received no email. I have checked my spam. I cannot see any orders on my profile.
please advise.

There is a possibility that the order didn't go through if you didn't see that screen, which would leave the payment pending with the bank for a few days.
The best thing I can suggest would be to give our customer service guides a call, and they will be able to check to see if the order has gone through for you.

Did you see a confirmation screen with the order number at the end of the order?
When was it you placed the order?

Hi Michael. No I did not see an order confirmation .
it took payment and the page refreshed.
I placed the order yesterday around 9pm.
