Hello,I was trying to get in touch with someone but they cannot help me,its about my order and also they are saying they cannot verify my account because there is no password,could you please get in touch with me so I can explain my situation?Thanks

Unfortunately we cannot do that, as we have no idea who you are and no account access.

Did you order something from EE shop and not receive email from them? Have you checked your junk/spam folder?

What is your problem?
