I ordered a new handset on 28th Dec which has not arrived yet. I can see my documents etc but when will my order be despatched or where is it?

@gillimant  As this is a public not customer support no one here knows anything about your order you’ll need to call customer support about this. 

You need to edit the title of your post.  This is  internet and that’s information only you need to know.
